Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened or worn goods. If you wish to return your items you must do so within 30 days of receiving your items and in their original and unopened packaging. 

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or faulty please let us know within 7 days of receiving your items for a full refund or exchange. 

Please notify info@theblacklash.co before attempting to return any items. Please include your receipt or order number and confirmation along with your goods. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 working days. The amount may take a further few days to be deposited back into your account.

If you wish to exchange your items please get in touch within 30 days of receiving them and we will provide you with the next steps in order to send them back. Please note we do not cover the return fees when sending items back. Any items which are being returned are your responsibility until they reach us so we advise that you send via a tracked service.
